Return & Refund Policy

This return & refund policy is only applicable to C&K Jewellery Limited’s online shop and not for purchase from physical store. If you find our product dissatisfied out of any reason and request of returning the item, we are pleased to offer 14-day return or refund service for items in their *“Good Condition”. Good Condition” is subject to our definition in the “Notes of Returning”

Return Procedure

Kindly follow the procedures below to return the item(s) to our company:

 

Step 1

Raise the request by email (email: info@cnkjewellery.com) within 14 days upon the *receipt of item that, by local delivery or by international delivery. (return does not apply to collect at our office) Please state clearly in the email with the order number, receipt number, item number, the reason for returning and take photo of the item for our review.  We will reply with the email confirming the receipt of your email within two days.

If you don’t receive our confirming email within two days, please contact us at (852) 3700 3500 or whatsapp (852)9888 6797 to make your request of returning item .
*“Date of receipt” is subject to date of goods delivered or collected

 

Step2

If we email confirm to take back the item, pack the item with the original packing materials, enclose with the sales invoice and other accessories (e.g. certificate, free gifts, packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags and tags). Return the item to the following address within 14 days (either by speed post or return in person), customer shall bear the freight charge (if any) on returning item and be responsible for the safe delivery of the item.

Step 3

When we receive the returned item from you, we will send an email to confirm the item is received.

 

Step 4

When the item is found intact following our examination, our Account Department will apply to the bank for refund. If we find the returned item not intact, we will return the item to you asap.

 

Step 5

Bank will return the payment (excluding delivery charges) within 30 working days to the relevant credit card account or account designated by the customer concerned.

Notes of Returning

Inform us through email within 14 days of the date of receipt of item. Late notification is not accepted.

-Acquire the email confirmation from the company prior to the return delivery.

-Order must be in “Good Condition”. “Good Condition” means the merchandise is:

  • Still in its original packaging with all certificates, warranties, authenticity cards, original sales invoice and gift intact (if applicable)
  • The item is found intact with original purchase condition.

The customer is responsible for:

-The cost of returns, including the delivery fees, administration fee incurred from the credit account, expenditure and risk resulting from the return.

-The lost or damage of the returning item when it is in transit.

Please note that some items cannot be returned or refunded due to their product nature. These ‘Excluded Items’ include:

  • All the products received and checked at C&K office.
  • All engraved products, Made-to-Order products.
  • Merchandise invoiced as ‘non-refundable, non-exchangeable’.
