Free Local Shipping
Upon purchasing any items from C&K Jewellery Ltd, you may enjoy free local delivery service with our designated courier (SF express and HK Speedpost). You may also pick up your order at our office in Hong Kong. (Note: Free shipping is not applicable for all overseas purchase. Such orders require an additional HK$600 as shipping cost. For out of stock or tailor-made order, please note there will be an extra 3–4-weeks delivery time.)
Order tracking
You can track the status of your purchase. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company. Simply click the link from the chosen courier’s website, and type in your tracking number.
Taxes and Duties
The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase, import and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures of payment of such Taxes.
Notes:
- Tailor-made items include resize and made to order through enquiry
- An additional 3-4 weeks delivery applies to tailor-made or out of stock items
- We use SF Express or speedpost for local delivery, FedEx for international delivery
- Refund and returns are not accepted for in-store pick up
- The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of our official courier.
- Each order of the Goods will be insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) during the time while it is in transit until it is delivered to the designated delivery address.
