Customer can cancel their order within 24hours after the online transaction is completed; refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. The cancellation policy is only applicable to C&K Jewellery Limited online shop and not apply to purchase from our office.

When we receive the cancellation email from you, we will send an email to confirm the transaction is cancelled. If you don’t receive our confirming email within 1 working day, please contact us at (852) 3700 3500 or whatsapp (852) 9888 6797 to make your request of cancellation item.
Bank will return the payment within 30 working days to the relevant credit card account or account designated by the customer concerned once the transaction is confirmed to be cancelled.
